It is About Time

I updated this thing. Where has the time gone? No clues here. The following montage shows a few of the latest happenings in our life here.

One Sunday after church, Meghan and Matthew started dancing with each other, and of course we couldn't resist capturing it on the camera and sharing it with you! It was quite cute.

Next, we have pics of the Balloon Fiesta here in ABQ. We attended an evening event, the balloon glow. It really was spectacular to see all of the balloons glowing in the dark. Matthew was scared when we got up close to the balloons, and threw quite the fit. He later calmed down and decided it wasn't so terrible after all. I believe the kids' favorite balloon was the Spiderman one, of course.

Next are the pictures of Owen's soccer game, where he scored his First Goal!!! He really played well, and the whole soccer concept finally seemed to click with him. It was fun to watch!

Lastly, a few pictures of Owen's Fall Carnival at his school. The most exciting moment occurred when Owen won the cakewalk. We warned him that his chances were very slim, since he was one of 20 participants in that round. But, they called out his number and he proudly exclaimed, "I'm a winner!" He got to pick his cake and chose the very lovely pumpkin with lots of black and orange frosting. The kids were very excited to take a bite of the pumpkin cake!

Well, in other news we are unexpectedly expecting our 4th child to arrive in April. I am finally starting to feel a little less sick. We had a Family Home Evening a while back and explained the news to the kids and showed them the ultrasound pics (9 weeks). We asked Owen what he thought was in the picture and here are his replies, "a robot, an open mouth, and a spoon." I still don't think he has a clue!
