Owen was lucky enough to have two birthday parties this year. I guess that makes up for not having any the previous years, since we were always moving, or close to it, on his birthdays!We were in Los Alamos for the week, since Reed was auditing the Lab, so we had a little party at Reed's parents' house. Aunt Mimi was kind enough to decorate, complete with baloons and streamers. Owen is in to Superman at the moment, so of course, we had a superman cake and all the works. The first picture is of Owen opening a present, some stretchy kryptonite substance, which he was very concerned was going to take away all of his powers. We explained to him that it was just pretend, but he was pretty worried. He really liked his binoculars, too. They are pretty cool, for being $10 and all.
