Happy Halloween

Ahhh, Halooween. Candy wrappers everywhere. Sticky suckers left with reckless abandon on carpets, couches and anywhere else one might sit. Mouths and hands covered with chocolate and then wiped, again, with reckless abandon, on pants, shirts, walls, etc. One might say that Halloween truly brings out the monster in all of us.

The kids undoubtdly enjoyed their Halloween. Owen was a bit under the weather, but he pressed on, persistent to participate in his favorite holiday. When trick-or-treating, Matthew was so excited he ran to each house so quickly that the others could not keep up. I stayed home with Rachel and handed out candy. It is a little annoying (to me) when over half of all who came to my door were taller than me. A good many of them were not even wearing costumes, just plain clothes begging for candy. I think it is time to give it up, people!

Happy Birthday! I love your kids costumes. Too bad Parker and Owen couldn't fight it out to see who would be the REAL superman . . . Owen would probably win.

Got 2 from Ebay, and 2 are borrowed from a friend.

Glad your feet are feeling better! I would see a specialist, if they start hurting more. It really helped me!
