Meghan Naomi and Matthew Wynn were born on Thanksgiving day, in Austin, Texas. They almost weighed 5 pounds each and were in the NICU for a week and a half for breathing and blood sugar difficulties. It is amazing how much they have grown! They have been such a joyful (and very loud!) addition to our family. We have so enjoyed Meghan's sweet demeanor and Matthew's mischievous smile.
Meghan is currently enamoured with all that is princess. She loves to change her outfits throughout the day, being careful to choose the right shoes. She has often tried to find her place amongst the toughness of the boys, but is more often opting to play with her dolls nowadays. She still runs about prancing on her toes like a ballerina. She is quite close to Matthew and Owen and is always ready to fend for her brothers.
Matthew is as rough and tough as a little brother has to be. His favorite hobby is making sounds, (which usually results in some sort of spitting or spraying of saliva) like he is flying, driving, or tackling someone in football. He loves to wrestle and play football with Owen and Dad. He also loves his sister and is quick to help her out of distress. He is a very fast runner! Often at soccer practice, he would run laps around the park, leaving Meghan a good hundred yards in the dust!

Oh my goodness! That was a funny video. Happy 10th, I mean 9th, I mean 5th, or I mean 3rd birthday! You have me so confused, I don't even know how old you are! That was too cute. And way to take a stand and not blow out your candles, Meghan. Such a silly tradition anyway, isn't it? The kids are cute. And you did a great job with the cakes! I did a football cake for Konnor one year - and it didn't look good like that at all ! Anyway, HAPPY BIRTHDAY Meghan and Matthew! We love you!
